BT10 Benefit Dinner
Planning for USC Break Through's first large-scale fundraising event ever required two things: dedication and organization. From May to September, I prospected potential donors via cold calls and emailing with a sponsorship packet. Once all of the donors and sponsors were finalized, I created a system that organized volunteers to work different shifts the day of the event while also allowing for flexibility to adjust as needed. Ultimately, the event raised $1500 for the Children's Hospital of Los Angeles.

Analytical Opinion Piece on the Brexit Referendum
When I worked at the Defend Our Future initiative of the Environmental Defense Fund, I was required to develop thought pieces on political communication in the environmentalism realm. The Brexit referendum happened while I was working there, and I wasted no time in researching what the results of this vote could teach our target demographic: young people. My analysis of the Brexit voting statistics and how I related these trends to environmental awareness was published on the Defend Our Future website.

Foreign Policy Case Study on the 2012 Mali Conflict
The capstone project for my Foreign Policy Analysis class was writing my own case study in the style of the Harvard Kennedy School on a foreign policy decision of my choosing. I chose to analyze France's decision to intervene in the Mali territorial conflict that threatened to rip the country asunder. What made this project unique was that I had to present all of the relevant information in a way that subtly taught the reader a lesson in how domestic considerations impact the way that military and/or diplomatic action is taken by the country's leadership.
